On Thursday, I saw The Great Gatsby. It was a bit of a disappointment, to be honest. Apart from Baz Luhrmann being the director, they added things that weren't from the book (such as Nick Carraway writing about Gatsby from an asylum). Also, I couldn't stand the music; Jay-Z doesn't exactly remind me of the Roaring 20's. But, I did love the scenery and casting. Carey Mulligan and Leonardo DiCaprio both did a fantastic job in the movie. It would be nice if Leo was nominated for an Oscar for his role, but I highly doubt that happening.
